Cape May Enjoys Hospitality Nights

By Jack Fichter

CAPE MAY – “Chilly but cheery,” is how Hilliary Pritchard, owner of the Whale’s Tale, described the atmosphere on the Washington Street Mall.
The first of two hospitality nights began here Thursday Dec. 10 with shoppers going from store to store for free cookies, eggnog, coffee and other treats. The temperature was in the high 30s with brisk winds which caused shoppers to scurry from store to store.
Along with the treats, there were a number of bargains and items unique to Cape May. Hospitality night continues Friday Dec. 11 on the mall.
