Bowman Walker Real Estate Opens New Office

CAPE MAY —Bowman Walker Real Estate and Construction announced the opening of its new location at 1080 Seashore Road. While they continue to focus on custom-built homes and additions, they will now offer real estate services.
Craig Needles, realtor and lifetime resident, joined the staff at Bowman, and will be on hand to assist clients to buy or sell a home. He is former owner of Peaches Restaurant.
Bowman Walker Real Estate and Construction is at the former location of Cape May Cut Flowers, operated by Pat Bowman. The company was formerly known as Bowman Builders.
The family-owned business, founded by Ellery Bowman in 1948, was continued by his son, Jack Bowman, developer and builder of Bayside Village, Cape woods and Tranquility. It is now continued by Bowman’s son Lance, and son-in-law David.
The staff at Bowman invites residents to stop by and see their new location and talk with staff members. They include Jack Bowman, broker of record; Lance Bowman realtor and builder and David Walker, realtor and builder and Craig Needles, realtor.
