BackFin Blues Bar & Grill celebrated its grand opening on Friday, June 3. The Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce hosted a traditional ribbon cutting ceremony where Chamber President, Jackie Fiore, presented a plaque to owners and operators Gary and Sandra, “Sam,” McAdams, welcoming the new Chamber members to the Wildwoods. Wildwood Commissioner Anthony Leonetti presented a proclamation to Gary and Sam honoring the opening of the new BackFin Blues Bar & Grill.
Gary and Sam are no strangers to the Wildwoods, as they have been vacationing there for the past 30 plus years. The McAdams know that locals and visitors alike love outdoor/indoor seating, bay views, live music and great food, all of which BackFin Blues Bar & Grill offers. Gary and Sam have made many renovations to the building and are most proud of opening up the downstairs bar area, giving the restaurant a warm and welcoming feeling. Gary and Sam invite you to relax and enjoy great food in three dining areas, specialty drinks at two elegant bars, rooftop entertainment and fantastic customer service.
BackFin Blues Bar & Grill specializes in serving American cuisine with a focus on upscale casual dining. Located at 517 W. Rio Grande Avenue at the foot of the Wildwood bridge, the restaurant is open seven days a week serving lunch, dinner and late night with live entertainment. Free parking is available with easy access from Taylor Avenue. For more information, call (609) 522-0243 or visit www.backfinwildwood.com.
