CURE stands for Christians United for Recovery and reaches out to hundreds of people caught in the growing problem of opioid addiction and alcoholism.
At the meeting, the Lions presented a check for $6,000 to help fund the church’s ongoing efforts.
The Lions support more than a dozen charities throughout Cape May County, raising and giving over $110,000 a year.
