Atlantic City Electric Releases Position on Passage of NJ Clean Energy Legislation

COURT HOUSE – Pepco Holdings President and CEO Dave Velazquez released the following statement regarding Atlantic City Electric’s position on the passage of the New Jersey clean energy legislation.
“Today [April 12], New Jersey took an important step toward advancing a clean and sustainable energy future for its residents with the passage of Senate Bill 2314 and Assembly Bill 3723. We commend the legislature’s action to solidify New Jersey’s status as one of our nation’s clean energy leaders. We look forward to working with stakeholders to implement this legislation in a manner that provides a cleaner and brighter energy future for our customers, communities, and all New Jerseyans.”
