After 6 years of selling real estate for RE/MAX at the Shore, Brian McDowell has sold his interest in DMG Properties, LLC to pursue more expansive opportunities. Brian McDowell joined Island Realty Group located in beautiful North Wildwood at 1701 New Jersey Avenue on April 1. Island Realty Group specializes in residential and commercial sales, new construction sales, property management, and features the #1 rental business on the island.
With over 16 years experience, Brian McDowell has been a NJAR Circle of Excellence recipient and a member of the executive sales club 2011, 2012, 2013. Brian has lived in North Wildwood for his entire real estate career; he’s an active volunteer fireman and a member of the AOH. Brian enjoys working in the town he calls home, his two daughters attend the local school and his son Brian just turned 19 months. Brian has specialized in condominium conversions throughout his career and has a broad amount of knowledge on the subject.
Some of you may remember Brian. Back in 2005 Brian was selected from over a million applicants to be featured on Donald Trump’s hit television show “The Apprentice”. Although Brian was ultimately fired by Mr. Trump, Brian is no apprentice when it comes to selling real estate.
