Blogger and Grammy Award Winning Vocalist Returns to Ocean City Tabernacle

Whittaker

By Press Release

OCEAN CITY – Carlos Whittaker, conference speaker, teacher and author will be speaking at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. morning services at the Ocean City Tabernacle this July 30.
Whittaker has taught at conferences worldwide including Catalyst Conference, Crosspoint Community Church and FreshLife Church. Whittaker’s book, Moment Maker, expounds upon the importance of three different types of life moments; creative moments, receiving moments and rescuing moments. Whittaker has led worship for the President of the United States at the White House and blogs regularly at his popular “Ragamuffin Soul” site.
At 7 p.m., get ready for a return appearance of gospel singer, songwriter, and crowd pleaser Larnelle Harris. Harris was rebooked immediately following his 2016 concert, where he turned a usually reserved and conservative worship experience into one where the audience clapped spontaneously, whistled and gave several standing ovations. This gifted tenor vocalist is the only person in history to become a member of the Gospel Music Hall of Fame, the Amateur Radio Hall of Fame, and the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame. During his impressive career, Larnelle recorded 18 albums, received five Grammy Awards, 11 Dove Awards, and produced numerous number one singles and top 10 hits. Larnelle’s music and ministry have impacted audiences across the globe.
The Tabernacle hosts distinguished guest speakers and performers every Sunday morning through Sept. 10. Keep up with the full list of events and speakers online at www.octab.org.
