WEST CAPE MAY — A benefit was held at the Fire Hall here Sunday Sept. 27 to benefit the children of the six men who lost their lives in the sinking of the commercial fishing boat, the Lady Mary.
Raffles and silent auctions were held for local restaurant gift certificates, tickets to the Jimmy Fallon Show in New York City, golf and fishing packages, overnight stays at Borgata and Trump Taj Mahal, an electric guitar autographed by Al DiMeola, an autographed acoustic guitar and other items from Jon Bon Jovi, autographed sports memorabilia and jewelry, clothing and handbags.
The benefit also feature food, beer and door prizes.
