The following Cape May County residents are away from home, either in the military or college:
Jamison Shaw, of Marmora, received a Bachelor of Arts in History degree from Wilkes University, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

Julia Anne Cook, of Cape May, and Stephanie Roach, of Wildwood, were named to Kutztown University’s Dean’s List for the spring 2021 semester.

Jacquelyn Schmucker, of Cape May, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Vermont.

Mary Purcell, of Ocean City, graduated from Scranton University’s Special Jesuit Liberal Arts Honors Program.

Melissa Kampf, of Ocean City, and Konnor Yunghans, of Woodbine, were named to the University of Vermont’s Dean’s List for the spring 2021 semester.

The following students graduated from Alvernia University:

  • Dej’hanee Ke’yana-Simone McNeal, of Villas, NJ, graduated with a Bachelor of Science.
  • Alyssa Marie Shiffler, of Ocean View, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Joelle Osborne, of Court House, was named to the Dean’s List at James Madison University, for the spring 2021 semester.

The following local students graduated from James Madison University, in Harrisonburg, Virginia: 

  • Brianna Battaglia, of Court House, graduated with a degree in Psychology.
  • Morgan Sharpk, of Ocean City, who graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management.

Sonali Chhotalal, of Court House, will attend New York Institute of Technology in fall 2021. Chhotalal plans to study in the Biology, B.S., program.
