The most important thing I ever did and will ever do is be a father. I have a 5-year-old little girl by the name of Alexandria. Since I announced I was running, she has been so proud tells all her friends and teachers at school what her dad is doing. She even knocked on a couple of doors with me. It’s because of her that I aspire to be great; because of her I became a nurse; and because of her I decided to run for Borough Council of Woodbine. I have to be the change I want to see in the world as my daughter grows up. Once I am elected to Borough Council, I will open up the Community Center to at least two activities a week so the community can have something to look forward to, work with the town and county on getting more street lights on our parks and roads to keep the town well-lit and safe at night, keep the property taxes low, support the Woodbine Elementary School Board, and gain more revenue for the town by attracting new business. I’m not obligated to any party – I only want to represent the people of Woodbine. As a public server, I will never get complacent, and I will always have an ear open for your thoughts and concerns. As active as I am in the community, I will now work 10 times harder when I’m voted in as your councilman. When you go vote on Tuesday, Nov. 6, don’t consider the past and don’t focus on a party. When you vote, consider PROMISE and POTENTIAL. I am the embodiment of both, and that’s what it takes to carry the town into new heights. Tuesday, Nov. 6, you have a chance to make a difference when you hit column three for Alexander Bland. Please read more about me on the Cape May County Herald’s website.
