Mark your calendars for the event of the season when the Cape Regional Medical Center Foundation presents the 2009 Gala “A Classic Evening at the Shore.”
Join us on the grounds of the Cape May Lewes Ferry Terminal in North Cape May on Saturday, Oct. 3, over-looking Delaware Bay. A beautiful sunset will be awaiting you that evening.
The evening begins with a cocktail reception while strolling among a collection of classic cars from the 1920s to the present.
During the cocktail reception, guests will be invited to enjoy the many silent auction items that have been donated for this special occasion, including sporting events, jewelry, art and one-of-a kind items.
The evening continues with a sit down dinner catered by the renowned Washington Inn of Cape May. Throughout the dinner and into the night, guests will dance the night away with music provided by the Central Park Band. The evening concludes with a dessert bar graciously provided by the Washington Inn.
A special presentation recognizing Thomas and Claire Brodesser Jr. for their continuing support to Cape Regional Medical Center will complement the evening. The Brodesser Family has made a significant impact to the Medical Center over the past several years through their philanthropic support.
An avid classic car enthusiast, Tom Brodesser will have two of his personal classic cars on display during the evening.
The Gala Committee is securing sponsorships and collecting silent auction items for the evening. Sponsorships range from $1,500 to $15,000. All silent auction items will be welcomed.
