CARR, SR. GREGORY A.

CARR, GREGORY A.
Gregory A. Carr Sr., 64, passed away peacefully at his home on the morning of April 26th, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones. Born on January 20, 1961, Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Louella and Dr. Clayton Carr.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Tracey Carr, and his siblings Clayton (wife Elaine Carr) Carr, Deborah Carr, Sheila Carr, and Robert Carr. Greg was a loving father to Corinne DeNapoli (husband Sam DeNapoli), Sarah Cajigas (husband Marcos Cajigas), and Gregory Carr Jr. (wife Megan Carr). He was also a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren: Xavier, Draven, Eve, Amelia, Eloise, Josephine, and Mackenzie.
Greg worked tirelessly for 25 years as a plumber for Cape May County, where he was known for his dedication and strong work ethic. He was the kind of man who never said no, and was always ready to help a friend, neighbor, or family member in need. His generosity and kind heart left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
In his final years, Greg faced the challenges of Alzheimer's and kidney failure with quiet strength. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in his memory to the Alzheimer's Association or the National Kidney Foundation.
Greg will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his selflessness, warmth, and the love he gave so freely.
Funeral Services will be held 4pm, Wednesday, April 30, at Evoy Funeral Home 3218 Bayshore Road, North Cape May, NJ 08204.
