CAPITANI,
CHARLES FRANCIS, Jr.
Charles Francis Capitani, Jr., 80, Cape May Court House, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, May 6th. Born February 9, 1945 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Charles Francis Sr. and Eva Helen (nee DeMarco) Capitani.
Charles moved to the Cape May area three years ago from Tinicum Township, Delaware County, PA. He was previously employed by Westinghouse in Essington, PA and AAA Trucking Parts Co., in Chester, PA.
He enjoyed hunting, car shows, camping, motorcycles (especially Harley Davidsons) and cheering on the Phillies and Eagles. Charles was a lifetime member of the Essington Fire Company.
Charles was predeceased by his wife Barbara (nee Davis) Capitani and is survived by his two children Denise Capitani and Vincent Capitani and his two grandchildren; Christopher F. Fox and Alexis M. Fox and great-grandchild Leah M. Fox; his ex-wife JoAnn (Forsythe) Macool and many cousins.
Memorial Services will be held 12PM noon Thursday, May 15 at Evoy Funeral Homes, 3218 Bayshore Road, North Cape May, NJ 08204. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 11AM until the time of service. Evoy Funeral Homes, Inc. has been entrusted with arrangements.
