BATES, DONALD E.

BATES, DONALD E. Donald E. Bates, 83, of Cape May Court House, NJ, passed away peacefully with family by his side at Cape Regional Medical Center on April 7, 2024. He is predeceased by his brother William Bates and his niece Michelle Bates. Surviving are son Thomas (Marie) Paulsen, Sr.; loving companion of 35 years Marie Clement and her son Clint Clement; grand-children Jeremy, Lily, and Thomas Jr.; two great grandchildren Bradley and Daphne; nephew William Bates (Michelle); and numerous great nieces and nephews. Don had been retired for over 20 years as a project manager. He loved his yard sales and flea markets. If it was winter, he was hunting and if it was summer, he was fishing. He also loved playing Texas Hold 'Em with his poker buddies, Don will be greatly missed. Services will be private. Condolences at www.radzieta.com
