Alicia Kalil of Alicia’s Balloon Boutique, the Ocean City Regional Chamber of Commerce, dignitaries and members of the business community, joined Thursday, May 8th for a grand opening of the new Ocean City shop.
Located at 648 West Avenue, Alicia’s Balloon Boutique, which specializes in unique balloon designs and event decor services for all special occasions, officially opened its doors.
Michele Gillian, executive director of the Ocean City Regional Chamber of Commerce, congratulated Kalil on opening her new business in the resort. Gillian also noted the strength of the business community with new businesses opening and others remodeling in both the downtown and the boardwalk.
Mayor Jay Gillian gave the countdown and Kalil used oversized scissors to cut the ceremonial ribbon to the applause of attendees.
