Re: The North Cape May reply on the "five" either broken down or unregistered, eyesore trucks in our neighborhoods and that NCM is not a HOA community. Look around your neighborhood. New homes are replacing the old school Mitnick 1960's homes and others being completely restored. Many homes are adding "in-ground" pools, beautiful decks, lawns etc. Your old school DELCO mentality is rapidly being replaced. Either get with the program or move on. We aren't going anywhere. The "NEW" North Cape May has arrived, and your worn-out trucks will soon depart.
