CALFINA, PHILIP S., III
With full hearts, we remember and celebrate the life of Philip S. Calfina the 3rd (61) who left this world suddenly on November 30th, 2025.
Phil was a warm man with a soul that matched his personality – like a perfectly timed joke whispered just when you needed it – not to ignore the hurt, but to help you breathe through it. He cared deeply about helping people, making others laugh, and doing his part to be a positive light in the world.
Phil was a member of the Cape Island Masonic Lodge, Treasurer and past president of the Cape May County Shrine Club, and past Oriental Guide in the Crescent Shrine in Westampton, NJ. He had many jobs over the years but spent the majority of his career as a cross country motor coach operator, where he enjoyed getting to show many different groups of people the beautiful landmarks present across our greater USA and Canada. Most recently, he was a proud employee of the Cape May County Bridge Commission.
He is survived by his wife Julia Calfina (Krieg), His sons Philip Calfina IV, Michael Fazio, and Alex Fazio, his daughters Annie Carlino and Ciera Fazio, and his grandchildren, Atlas, Jameson, and Bennett. He will be deeply and immeasurably missed every single day by those that loved him.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025 at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Masonic Service at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
