Brian flourished into a young man of immeasurable character. He leaves behind a family who adored him deeply: his mother Beatrice Goldstein and her husband Sodi, his father Brian Smith, and stepbrothers Zachary and Joshua Goldstein. Aunt Lisa Salvato, cousin Christina Salvato, and his uncles will remember Brian for the light he brought into the family, a light that will continue to shine in their hearts forever.

Mudding adventures allowed him to experience the thrill of the outdoors, narrating stories of conquests over rugged terrains. His beloved dogs were constant companions, sharing in his adventures and the quieter moments at home.
