While in Harbor Square Sunday. A man had health challenges which caused him to collapse in the aisle way. One gentleman rose to his feet and completely oversaw administering emergency and in house staff engagement immediately to facilitate this medical situation. He was calming, friendly and very much in control of calling 911, directing assistance for the ill person and communicating to county dispatchers all the while. Afterwards we learned he was a veteran and post commander of the American legion the last ten years. Glad he was on site and so helpful, thank you.
