Sea Isle City so what is the City doing about NOT checking on Rental Permits. Are you aware that in these oversized Condos there are 30 Renters plus in each side of a Condo. Wouldn't this be a Fire Safety Issue. The parking is out of control. Blocking neighbors driveways or parking in them. The City allowed the Renters/Builders with no plans of Parking you as Politicians have failed us as homeowners. To be honest there should be a list to the homeowners attached to know how many renters are next door and the City. Concerned Fire issues as well as do we really know who is next to us.
