Have Mayor and Council “lawyered-up”? Listening to CW Gensemer, it sure sounds like it. Why don’t they explain the protocols for public comment? That was suggested to Mayor Carney, so that people understand the limitations, but he passed on the suggestion. So it unnecessarily leaves a negative impression. But maybe Mayor and Council should seek counsel.
