If the board wants to improve MT schools, cut the administrative fat! Way too many administrator positions. Some aren’t needed at all and others could just be 10 month positions. How many assistant this and director of this type of positions do we need? The district keeps on inventing new administrator positions. The people that contribute the least to education get paid the most.
