New Jersey

Beach replenishment is needed for shore line protection, the byproduct is the municipality's ability to charge for beach fees since they can provide life guard services and beach cleaning. Business thrive when more people can visit the towns and the beaches. It is interesting that the two cities (Wildwood and Wildwood Crest) with the biggest beaches don't charge fees. You have a no fee beach town in North Wildwood looking to sue the DEP over replenishment. Has the plan ever been factored in to include beach goers safety? The towns with the most replenishment have the most dangerous shoreline
