I read so many of the SPOUTS and am saddened by the sizable population of people who live among us in Cape May County who aren't looking for anything good, but would rather watch the World burn. These neighbors of hateful, low self-esteme live a miserable life blaming everyone else for their victimhood state of mind. Their only feeling of victory is for others to lose, regardless how it effects them. They just want to pull everyone down and have you suffer. That is the only thing that makes them happy and allow them to "WIN".
