James J. Crowther, 82, of North Cape May, N.J., passed away peacefully on November 10, surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle with Parkinson's disease. Born in Gloucester, N.J., Jim lived most of his life in North Cape May. On his 26th birthday, he married Ilana, his wife of more than five decades.
Jim worked faithfully into his 70's and was known for his strong work ethic, kindness, and dedication.
He is survived by his beloved wife Ilana; his sons William (Bill) and wife Denise with their Granddaughter Emily, Albert and son Finn, and James and wife Allison with their daughter Abigail.
A lifelong Philadelphia Sports fan, Jim shared his passion for the team with his family – and his legendary dislike of the Dallas Cowboys. His warmth, laughter, and loyalty will be remembered by all who knew him.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects 10AM Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the Parish of St. John Neumann Church of St. John of God, 680 Townbank Road, North Cape May, NJ.
