Mind-boggling to think that the SIC dog park cost such a large amount of money. It’s basically a few benches, a couple shade structures, sand, a sign and a fence. Minimal to no landscaping. Waste of county open space funds. Promising idea, weak execution. Taxpayers got ripped off.
