I am asking Lower Township to pull back on development. It seems to be at a rate that is exceeding capacity . too many second homeowners and people from out of state driving this development. The homes that are being built are not for local residence. It’s for retirees and second homeowners this driving out generations. This is exactly what happened in the city of Cape May and it’s flowing over in the Lower Township. Four and five houses on 1 acre lot is way too dense. Please Lower Township look at changing zoning laws to avoid over population.
