Face the facts fellow property owners the town is in debt. No more moving expenses from one department to another is going to fix the problem that we spent to much anticipated revenue that didn’t materialize. When we hire people to run our town and expenses from a good “old boy pot” you always wind up with snake oil salesman. Who then leave and sue the town for a phony reason.
