The Christmas parade on a weekend after the Tree Lighting ceremony over Thanksgiving weekend might actually become a great thing for SIC because it will add to the festivities in town over the Christmas season. It has the potential to create an additional popular weekend Christmas tradition to be in SIC for residents, businesses and visitors for years to come! It could turn another December weekend into a "destination weekend" to be in Sea Isle to celebrate the Christmas season. More people might spend time in Sea Isle in December, decorate their homes, more businesses might open, etc.
