Avalon Call to Action: AHLOA recently published results from a member survey regarding business development in Avalon. The “survey” results suggest robust support for tax breaks to businesses, property restrictions requiring food establishment mixed use condo owned locations, and more hotels! Seriously? Each of these destroys that which makes Avalon unique, small town, and an oasis from Wildwood, Sea Isle and Ocean City. If you want that atmosphere, then take your Porsche, Mercedes, or Bentley and GO THERE. DO NOT TURN AVALON COMMERCIAL!
