An obvious tear down to be replaced by a “ multi use” structure brought to you by the same real estate developers who have destroyed the appearance of a once quaint shore town. Sea Isle had no master plan so over the years we end up with a patchwork of multi use buildings that could be in any urban area of the State. What a shame for people who live and love Sea Isle.
