Why fix something if it’s not broken? As, a client who depends on Fare Free it is very frustrating. Numerous robot calls informing of pick up/returns, when done with appointment and call for early pick up at times not still have to wait, schedule for store & it is another store,but, the most frustrating is going by,a drop off to go to one further up. Call the office & explain issue to call taker & instead speak to the Director & told new way is great. A lot of people depend on Fare Free but, feel not being heard about issues.
