No holiday parade!? Just because some number of people complained about the cold? What about the much, much larger number of people who want to have it? Are we now supposed to tell the city about everything we want to keep every year? Come on Tourism, let's not be lazy. I guess it's going to warm up by the time of the First Responder's parade.
