Not sure I get it. You work all your adult life, pay taxes and retire. Collect your social security and eventually get Medicare. You pay for Medicare . Yet those who haven't worked get Medicaid for free and it has better coverage. Including Free ambulance service. Doesn't make sense. Medicaid was for people with physical situations .
