Ever since he was a presidential candidate, Donald Trump has been promising the American people a "terrific," "phenomenal" and "fantastic" new health care plan to replace the Affordable Care Act. It would be bigger, better and cheaper than Obamacare. Now that the govt subsidies are about to expire, I’d say this is a good time to reveal the plan. What’s that you say? There is no plan?
