Why are parents running baseball fundraisers at the rec? Why are they holiday themed? Not every student celebrates. Shouldn’t it be the coaches and managers? That’s where stipends go and tax dollars. Parents that can help I’m sure have more playing time for their kids. Let’s focus on the failing academic programs instead of athletics all the time.
