CHRISTENSEN,
MARGARET
Margaret Christensen, of Rio Grande, NJ for over six decades, passed away peacefully on October 6th, 2025. Margaret was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on November 19th, 1936, to the late Earl and Sarah Dalrymple Prenot, and her vibrant spirit has left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Margaret's life was characterized by her unwavering commitment to her family and her community. She was incredibly proud of her two children, Michelle Christensen and Rob Christensen, who reflect the strength and compassion their mother instilled in them from a young age. Margaret's joy was multiplied by the laughter and love of her grandchildren, Constantinos, Alexander, Patric, and Matthew. Each of them carried a piece of their grandmother's heart with them. She also held a special place in the family for Andrea, mother of Constantinos and Alexander, who shared in many family gatherings and milestones.
Margaret believed in the enduring power of love and the importance of cherishing every moment spent with loved ones. Her weekends and evenings were often spent surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and godchildren.
Services will be private.
