I am all for bringing plastic grocery bags back! I've been vacationing in Florida for the past couple of years and have yet to see one discarded plastic bag. I can't remember too many abandoned in the streets of N. Wildwood . What I did see though during Covid was 50-75 masks a day discarded on the boardwalk while riding my bike. Bring back plastic bags and Ban masks!
