Seems OC business have one thing in mind. Profits. The few who are pushing for a mega hotel will no doubt profit all the way around. OC is the poster child for overdevelopment. The grind lock ,no parking at all, overcrowded restaurants ( the ones within walking distance) , overcrowded boardwalk so much so you are shoulder to shoulder with people and outrageous prices on everything l am sure a mega hotel will fit right in. Feel sorry for the people who call it home and are oppressed to the plan.
