I work with bunch of 25-35 aged people who think that if our employer fires them,they can just get unemployment . This is the growing trend at some places of employment, being a liberal mind set. They are purposely doing the bare minimum, breaking every rule, and making their co-workers pick up there slack. Can employers that are working for non profit jobs, let them know that they won't be eligible for unployment, and to just quit while there ahead?
