Nicholas Roske,aka Sophie Roske, the transgender shooter who was found guilty of plotting to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh got sentenced to just 97 months in jail!! Just a little over eight years!!The worst part is is U.S. District Judge Deborah Boardman actually admitted Roske being transgender played a part of her sentencing decision. By legal definition is giving preface to one class over other classes. She, like so many other judges, has tipped the scales of justice in favor of criminals and not the victims. Boardman needs to be impeached immediately.
