Lower Township

The concern for affordable housing obviously is real. Everyone is pointing fingers. I think the finger should be pointed to the hedge funds Airbnb big banks and big corporations who own these properties. The problem also lies with poor governance. They should have been able to see it coming instead of putting profits before people by allowing the building of huge houses and luxury apartments and condos. That’s what happens when zoning regulations and restrictions are lifted everything is rubber stamped. I see many homes where I live are now Airbnb. The inability to govern is biggest problem.
