The ruling by the court over affordable housing fails to take into account it’s only affordable to those who receive subsidies paid for by the rest of us through tax dollars. Imagine that? You break your back for years to be able to afford a house at the shore and the next thing you know someone that’s paying much less than you moves in down the street. I believe the 27 shore towns that had their case dismissed should take a look at their complaint, tweak it and consider refiling. I’d love to live in Bermuda, can’t afford it.
