The West Cape May spouter was 100% right about that development off Seagrove Ave in Cape May Point. It never should have been approved. The housing development destroyed vital migratory bird habitat. Eminent domain should have been used to save that land from development. The State still could take the properties and knock down those new houses, remove the asphalt, and restore the land. Development does not have to be permanent.
