Cape May Point government never should have approved that residential development on Sea Grove Ave. That land should have been preserved and added to the Cape May Point State Park. The State should have taken the land by eminent domain; it still could and should do so. The houses can be demolished and the land restored. That development destroyed some the last woods in Cape May Point. All of those responsible for it and those that buy the houses should be ashamed of themselves. That land would have made a great addition to the State Park.
