As per The Herald article on State Test Scores, Lower Township doesn't fare well does it. Again, perhaps if the district enforced a no-cell phone rule during school hours, and students paid more attention to their studies instead of Facebook, etc. maybe, just maybe this sad report will improve. "Slower Lower". Let's try to change that slogan.
