How can anyone justify the exorbitant rate hikes to the residents . Many of the residents are seniors or on fixed incomes and they jacked up the rates 7.5%, making them higher than property taxes. Some people are paying as high as $10,757 a year. We only stay there 6 months and they will not give us a cap to the increases. We need campground/seasonal caps . LOCAL OFFICIALS need to step up to the plate and help keep the dream alive of owning part of the Cape May beach. Get with it and help CAP THE INCREASES!
