Kudos to the Lower Twp. Counsel for enacting Ordinance 2025-14, which prohibits property owners from creating their own parking regs despite this Twp's general rule that parking on streets is free. I recently encountered a cop, called by a neighbor, who claimed I parked in his driveway. Well, there's a lot of procedural hoops in legally constructing a driveways here. This neighbor thought if he illegally drove vehicles on a strip of public easement (which he's destroying, in violation of Ordinance 400i) lo & behold, "his driveway"! Well, the cop checked...no driveway, no ticket. Kudos to
