West Wildwood has had its own police protection for more than 100 years! The first order of government is the protection of people. Our commissioners have failed that basic responsibility. I read the contract our commissioners made with North Wildwood to provide police coverage. It is a band aid at best. Our property taxes are extremely high, and we get nothing but SILENCE when we question our commissioners on what they are doing to protect us! Their behavior is less than professional, and unacceptable. It is time for change, time to recalls and get people that are responsible and care.
