I experienced unacceptable service for a tire and alignment job, my truck was returned with a crooked steering wheel and later found to have serious alignment issues that damaged the tires. Staff repeatedly showed indifference, and disorganization. I was dismissed, given conflicting info, and made to wait for hours. Though the tires were replaced and the alignment refunded, the overall treatment was unprofessional and frustrating.
